We are accepting applications and resumes for a first shift Mold Operator position in Westminster. Monday through Friday 7:00-3:00, starting at $17.00 per hour. This is a temp to hire position, a great opportunity to become a part of a growing company with good benefits after hire.
In the role of Mold Operator, you are responsible for reading shop orders and instructions, record hourly production for each machine, and assembly of cartons. Move finished product as needed, perform thorough hourly inspection of product, recording results, and maintaining neat and safe work areas.
Must be able to follow established procedures to reject nonconforming product, visually scan parts for quality defects, apply labels, and pack on skids. Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods of time, lift up to 50 lbs, speak and read English, and complete paperwork for each production run.

Stephanie joined Appleseed Personnel as an administrative coordinator in 2021. She moved to the position of staffing specialist in 2023 and loves the role of matching people with quality employment opportunities. She is a lifelong Leominster resident and has been actively involved in assisting others in the areas of mental health and recovery. Stephanie is the mother of three adult children and “Mimi” to five adorable grandchildren.
