Appleseed Personnel is a full service staffing firm in Leominster, with over 40 years of experience matching quality people with quality companies. We are assisting a long time client in Gardner with finding a new member for their team.
1st shift laborer able to lift up to 50lbs. This is a "heavy duty" job, lots of physical activity involved. If you like to stay busy and keep your body in motion, it may be for you!
In this position, you will be inspecting block to ensure it meets quality standards, You will assist machine operators with mold changes, and keep the shop in clean and safe order. Clean out of the mixing machine at the end of the shift is a top priority.
Monday through Friday 5:30am to finish, usually by 2:30-3:30pm.
Punctuality and attendance are very important.
Ability to stay focused to ensure a quality product.
Able to lift 50 pounds often throughout the day.

Stephanie joined Appleseed Personnel as an administrative coordinator in 2021. She moved to the position of staffing specialist in 2023 and loves the role of matching people with quality employment opportunities. She is a lifelong Leominster resident and has been actively involved in assisting others in the areas of mental health and recovery. Stephanie is the mother of three adult children and “Mimi” to five adorable grandchildren.
