Temp to hire call center positions available in Fitchburg. Monday through Friday 9:00-5:00.
In the role of call center agent, you will be answering inbound calls and scheduling transportation arrangements using Customer Relationship Management Software. You will keep records of customer interactions and transactions, as well as dispatching transportation assignments.
Excellent communication skills needed and prior call center experience is helpful.
