We are accepting resumes for scheduling agents at a busy call center in Fitchburg.  This is a full time (37.5 hours) position with overtime as business requires.  There are 2 different shift times available.  9:00am -5:00,pm and 11:00am - 7:00pm.  If people are your passion, this could be for you!  Duties include placing outbound calls to vendors and securing transportation for individuals.  You will need good computer and communication skills, and the ability to learn routing and planning software.
