Job Description
IT opening for a Helpdesk Team Lead, must have the following qualifications:
1. Minimum 10 (preferably 15), years Helpdesk/IT Support
2. Project management experience
3. Intermediate knowledge of Azure, VMware vSphere, Cisco Meraki, and Active Directory
4. Advanced knowledge of M365 and Exchange Online/Hybrid environment
5. Strong technical writing skills
6. Advanced knowledge of VPN technologies
7. Federal regulatory exam and internal audit/pen test response and remediation experience
Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years management experience.
Additional Information
Advanced knowledge of imaging and application deployment, and intermediate Windows Server knowledge and experience.
