Qualifications for this unique position include 2 years of working with individuals with disabilities.  Employment Specialist certification or certifiable, BA in Human Services preferred, high school diploma required.  

The ideal candidate will possess experience working directly with people from diverse racial, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds.  A willingness to network and showcase relationship building skills, and a commitment to the agency's endeavor to promote diversity and inclusion.  

Responsibilities include working with job seekers to develop employment goals and assist them in finding and maintaining meaningful, sustained employment. Provide individual support to assist with the development of vocational skills. Identify competitive employment opportunities.  Comfortably use technology for documentation and organization.
