Bookkeeper/Office Administrator
Job Description
Appleseed Personnel, a full service staffing firm in Leominster is assisting a client in finding an office administrator/ bookkeeper for their busy Gardner location.
This position requires working knowledge of QuickBooks and the handling of weekly payroll. Paying invoices, preparing customer billing, and maintaining client and employee records. Excellent customer service skills needed. You will be responsible for answering phones, greeting walk in clients, and maintaining a quality customer experience.
The position is Monday through Friday 7:00am to 3:30pm, lots of time to enjoy daylight! We look forward to hearing from you.
